Bacon and Swiss Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

1 dozen hard-cooked eggs

½ cup bacon, crumbled

½ cup Swiss cheese, finely shredded

¼ cup mayonnaise

2½ tablespoons cider vinegar

2 teaspoons sugar

2 teaspoons honey mustard

Salt and pepper, to taste

Green onions, finely chopped, for garnish

Directions:

Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove and mash yolks until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well blended. Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg whites. Garnish with green onions.
