Blueberry Pie

Number of Servings: 8 slices
Ingredients:

1 unbaked double piecrust

3 cups fresh blueberries

1 cup sugar

4 tablespoons flour

Dash of salt

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons butter, divided

Directions:

Combine blueberries, sugar, flour, salt, and lemon juice.

Fill 9-inch piecrust lined pie pan with blueberry mixture.

Dot top of mixture with pieces of butter, and top with piecrust.

Bake at 400° for 40 to 50 minutes.
