Phyllo-Wrapped Brie with Seedless Blackberry Jam


6 sheets phyllo pastry, thawed

¼ cup butter, melted

¼ cup seedless blackberry jam

1 small Brie round


Preheat oven to 350°. Lay out one sheet of phyllo and brush with melted butter. Repeat steps until all six sheets are used.

Slice the Brie in half horizontally. Spread a thick layer of blackberry jam on the bottom half of the Brie. Replace top half and put the Brie in the center of the phyllo. Spread remaining blackberry jam on top of Brie.

Bring opposite corners of the phyllo together around the Brie on all sides brushing with melted butter to seal. Place in a baking dish or pie plate and bake 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Serve immediately with sliced baguette, apples, or pears.
