Wine and Jazz near Morgantown
Every year, with fall just around the corner, hundreds of people flock to the grass at Camp Muffly to relax with good friends, great wine and food, and live jazz.
This year’s Wine & Jazz Fest is set to be another success, September 8 and 9, 2012. Festival hours are Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday noon to 6 p.m. (no alcohol before 1 p.m.). Admission costs $20 per person each day and includes a wine glass and wine tasting for attendees 21 and over.

Be sure to sample wine from all over the state—Daniel Vineyards (Crab Orchard), Fisher’s Ridge (Charleston), Forks of Cheat Winery (Morgantown), Kenco (Sutton), Lambert’s Vintage Wine (Weston), Potomac Highland Winery (Keyser), Watts Roost Winery (Lewisburg), and West-Whitehill Winery (Moorefield).
There will be more than enough delicious eats at the festival, too, with food for sale from Chico’s Fat, Cupcakerie, Golden Finch, Jersey Subs, Lambert’s Catering, Richwood Grill, Russ’ Ribs, Slight Indulgence, and Taziki's.
Artistans at the event are set to include Allegheny Treenware, LLC, as well as area photographers, potters, jewelry-makers, and more.
The Wine & Jazz Festival is located about three miles off of Interstate 79’s Exit 146.
