Finn set up a brick and mortar spot on 8th Street in 2018—Grindstone Central, and just completed an eye-popping shipping container build-out at the cafe this fall. She’s Lori, he’s Joe and together the Bethlehem, Pennsylvania-native couple are the dynamic duo behind Lori’s Cup of Joe. This unique spot is a cute, log cabin, drive-through that serves up coffee, pastries, lunch, and now in season, daily hot soups (304.775.4059).

Since May 2006, the Dolan’s Wild Bean has been serving up “darn good coffee for darn good people.” Get a cup of “Mud,” which is dark and strong, locally roasted Red Rooster Coffee with breakfast or lunch.
